DEVOTED

private mentorship container for women who are ready to write, express, create — and stay in the flow of their becoming

When words begin to move through you,
your life starts to move, too.

When we write, we stay in the flow of life. We are in the state of allowing. Synchronicities happen. New beginnings. New perceptions. This is what the daily practice does — it keeps you in your own becoming.
— Dana Marie
WHAT IS DEVOTED?

A container designed for the woman who is done shrinking.
Done starting over. Done living a half-life.

Devoted is a full container of presence-based creative writing mentorship, daily accountability, and the kind of intimate support that keeps you anchored to your practice even when life tries to pull you off course.

You know her — the version of you who writes, who expresses, who creates. Who doesn't abandon herself when things get hard. Who has learned that the page or the songwriting is where she comes back to herself.

Devoted is a container that will keep you in alignment with the version of you who is committed to herself.

WHY DANA

You wouldn’t take flying lessons from someone who’s never flown.

I'm not here to sell you a fantasy. I fled a marriage that almost erased me. Left a church that told me I was demonic. Broke patterns of fear that had me in a headlock daily. Took off on a solo Airstream trip across the country to prove — to myself — exactly how powerful I am.

I've had my heart broken in more ways than most. Multiple surgeries. A permanent ileostomy. Lost pregnancies, an adoption loss, heartbreak I thought would split me in two. I know shrinking. I know contorting. I know the kind of pain that makes you abandon yourself completely.

And I know the way back. Not through willpower — through writing. Through staying devoted to the practice even when you don't feel like it. Through having someone hold your truth with you until you can hold it yourself.

I’m a poet, singer-songwriter, and teaching artist. But I’m also a certified trauma-informed coach and yoga teacher. This all comes to use in the work we’ll do together.

But what qualifies me most is this: I still show up for myself. Every day. On the page.
