Write yourself into a honeymoon phase with your own life through somatic writing.

The honeymoon doesn’t have to be a phase.

The honeymoon vibe doesn’t have to depend on someone else — it can become how you relate to your own life.

MINIMOON is a 2-hour online writing immersion using somatic writing, energetics and ritual to help you build a steadier relationship with yourself — more available for joy, intimacy, beauty, and love. This is the first session of a 4 week writing immersion called Honeymoon (hence, lovingly being called minimoon).

You will expand your capacity for your real life, making it one you fall in love with.

There's a version of you who falls in love with everything —

—the way the sun hits the kitchen floor at 6pm, the smell of rain on hot pavement, her own reflection in a window.

And this version of you isn’t lost, you sense her from time to time. What if you allowed her to take a front seat?

Somewhere between who you had to become and who you actually are, the honeymoon faded.

You forgot you could be turned on, smitten and punch drunk in love with your own life. You could write love letters to the bluebirds and the sparkling waves all day long — but you stopped being led by your longing.

Your longing is a smoke signal.

It's your body, still wanting, still reaching, still refusing to give up on the idea that life can feel like this again — slow, sun-soaked, aching and alive.

This is a return to that ache. Not to fix it. Not to rush past it. To finally let yourself feel it on the page — and find out what's underneath it.

We're going back to the beginning. Back to the part of the love story where everything felt possible.

Back to you.

We can be so many things in this life…
why not be more in love?

Through guided writing, embodiment, and creative practice, we'll explore how creativity can become a way of paying closer attention—to yourself, to the people you love, and to the beautiful life unfolding around you.

You don't need to be a writer and you don't need a specific relationship status.

Whether you're newly single, divorced, happily coupled up, married 50 years – we can ALL use more love in our lives. Who could say no to that?

  • Working with Dana 1:1 helped me move through some of my darkest emotional seasons with more compassion and clarity.

Her presence is grounding, and her guidance helped me remember that joy can exist even in the midst of pain. Every session left me more connected to myself and more empowered to face my life with love and strength.”

  • Dana leads heart-first and encourages others to do the same.

She reminds you to believe in yourself, that your voice matters, that YOU matter. Beautiful transformations occur when you come home to yourself and Dana has been instrumental in helping me find my way back home, to show up authentically, to be vulnerable, and to allow others to see me...the real me, broken pieces and all.

    -Crystal from Illinois

  • “I’m becoming the version of myself I always hoped to be.

Dana’s 1:1 coaching awakened a creative fire in me that I didn’t know I had. Her way of seeing and reflecting life made creativity feel not just possible, but essential. I show up for myself in a completely different way now—more trusting, more open, and more capable of turning even my struggles into meaningful, inspired expression.”

  • The songwriting workshop was so expansive.

It felt like such a safe space to reignite my creativity. I was personally so blown away by the meditations and left feeling very inspired. I highly, highly recommend Dana, she was absolutely fantastic I’ll definitely be joining another class in the future.

  • I had such a good time at the songwriting workshop!

I was nervous to be in such an intimate space but Dana was so wonderful. She guided us through a meditation first which personally helped me feel so comfortable! I loved meeting everyone and hearing the poems/songs they created. I will definitely be joining more workshops led by Dana!
