We’ll gather in a beautiful place and drop into our bodies with a gentle meditation. We’ll take a walk and stop several times to engage in some writing and witnessing.

There is no need to call yourself a writer. This is about using the practice of writing to come more fully alive. To be present to the beauty of the world you’re living in.
