This workshop won't teach you music theory or technical skills, but it will give you the tools to remove what's blocking you from writing songs that sound like you.
When we feel stuck, it's usually not a problem of skills, talent or ability. It's about the way you relate to yourself - your body, your inner critic and any parts of you that are longing to be heard.
If inspiration comes and goes and each time you sit down to write, your whole body contracts and the words won't come -- then this is the workshop for you.
During the workshop, Dana will teach you how to get into your body so you don't have to wait for inspiration. You'll be given writing prompts, timed writing sprints, and opportunities to be witnessed.
You'll leave with a new found confidence, a connection to yourself and your community and my daily practice that keeps me in creative flow, even on busy days!
No instruments are necessary for the workshop, just come with a pen, paper and an open heart.
